120 million approved in Marbella and Estepona for comprehensive sanitation works

Whilst any announcement of Funds is Good News, what guarantees are there that the money will be spent in an appropriate and wise manner to remove the Odours. No mention is made in this report of resolving the issue of the Odours from the Plant or the Satellite stations. It is now even more important than ever that Citizens insist on proper investment to resolve the Odours and also, that we can be properly represented by an Expert to monitor the plan and the works.
